You can also register your account online. In your online utility portal, you can view all of your bills, see your water consumption history, pay online, as well as set up autopay using your debit or credit card. Click on the Utility Billing Login button at https://lafayetteco.gov/776/Utility-Billing and click "Register". The City of Lafayette is not responsible for undeliverable e-bills. Customers are required to submit on-time payments regardless if an e-bill is received or not. Past due fees will not be waived if an e-bill is not received. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure payment is made in the absence of a bill.
