EXECUTIVE SESSIONS

• According to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e)(I), for determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators pertaining to a potential open space acquisition;
• According to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b), to confer with an attorney for the City for the purpose of receiving legal advice on specific legal questions pertaining to Prairie Dog Policy
