Active Adult Strength Training

At the end of this progressive, skill-building program, you will know how to safely use free weights and machines to build your strength. Subsequent sections will build on the skills you have mastered and continue to build muscle strength, size and endurance, and improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. Learn about safety, posture, body control, and awareness. 

Choose between two and three-day sessions per week

Sept. 7-Dec. 30 | Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays | 9-10am

Ages: 50 and older
