Yoga for Teens


With the stress that teens face these days and the fast-paced environment we all find ourselves in, yoga is a great tool to help maintain a calm state of both body and mind through postures and breathwork. In this 4-week series, students will feel welcomed into a supportive and non-competitive community, build self-esteem, and reduce stress, all while gaining strength and flexibility. 

Appropriate for anyone aged 12-16. 

Oct. 16-Nov. 13 | Noon-1:15pm | Sundays
