PINs required to access Library accounts and resources

PINs (personal identification numbers) are now required to access and use the features of your online library account (My Account).

PINs are being implemented by all of the Flatirons Library Consortium libraries to provide an extra layer of security for your account and personal information. This PIN will be used to access your account online, to use Overdrive/Libby/Sora for downloadable materials, to use research databases and online tools, and in person to use public computers in our Computer Lab.

  • Your default PIN is the last four digits of the phone number we have on record. We recommend changing this for additional security.
  • To reset your PIN, you may use the "Reset My PIN" link provided at login if we have an email address on record.
  • Call us at 303-661-1163 if you have questions or to reset your PIN.

Log in to your Library Account

If you log in to Overdrive or Libby, you should be prompted to add your card number and PIN. If you are already logged into Libby, you can verify your account by following the steps shown in the Libby verification help page.
