Pending permit approval from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife Department, the City of Lafayette will be conducting the removal of prairie dogs from Rothman Open Space. In a good neighbor effort the city is contracting the work to manage the prairie dog population which has expanded onto multiple adjacent properties and into nearby neighborhoods.
