Curbside holds pickup: appointments and drop-in

Curbside Pickup at the Lafayette Library

On Tuesday, Jan. 26, the Lafayette Public Library will reopen for limited browsing, in-person holds pickup inside the Lobby, and computer use by appointment. Starting on Tuesday we encourage anyone with holds ready to come into the Lobby to check them out. All visits are limited to one hour and cloth facial coverings are required. Customers at risk for severe illness from COVID-19 may continue to utilize Curbside pickup starting on Tuesday by calling 303-775-9018 during Library open hours.

Current Curbside hours/process (through Saturday, Jan. 23)

  • Appointments and drop-in service are available Friday, Jan. 22 and Saturday, Jan. 23. The Library is closed on Sunday, Jan. 24 and Monday, Jan. 25.
  • For appointments, select a time on our Curbside Calendar, or call us at 303 665-5200. Number to call on arrival, or for drop-in service: 303-661-1160. Hours: Friday and Saturday 10-4.

Once you have received notice by email, phone, or text that your requested items are available for pickup:

  • Come into the Lobby during our open hours (cloth facial coverings required).
  • Customers at risk for severe illness from COVID-19 may utilize Curbside pickup starting on Tuesday, Jan. 26 by calling 303-775-9018 during open hours. 

Grab bags for adults, kids, or teens
Need help finding what to read next? Fill out a Grab Bag request form for Adults or a Kids or Teens Grab Bag request form to receive a bag of pre-selected items. These will be added to the holds shelf in the Lobby for you.
