The Lafayette Cultural Arts Commission (LCAC) is pleased to announce the opening of Arts in the Community Mini-Grant cycle. Arts in Community Grants are available to local individuals and organizations for the 10th year in a row. Individuals or organizations may apply for a grant to support arts or culture-related projects within the community.
The LCAC awards money, usually not exceeding $1000 per grant, to fund projects which will directly benefit the city and residents of Lafayette. The grant application is available from the City of Lafayette website; www.cityoflafayette.com/aicgrant. Grant applications will be accepted from May 23 - June 16. All projects receiving grant money need to be completed between July 1 and December 31, 2014.
