The Applicant proposes to combine two vacant lots and construct a tunnel carwash facility with an attached office and equipment room. Access to the site will be from Aspen Ridge Drive.
The application requires Special Use Review for a car wash in the C-1 Zone District (Regional Business), Site Plan/Architectural Review for development of the site, and a minor subdivision to combine two existing lots to total 2.09 acres.

Public Hearing or Meeting Dates:
The Site Plan and Architectural Review and the Special Use Review will be reviewed by the Planning Commission and City Council after the staff review is complete. A public hearing will be scheduled for the Special Use Review.
