About Me:

I am a highly energetic 20+ year Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness instructor with a background in healthcare, psychology, and naturopathy. 

As a mom of seven amazing kids, I have a vast knowledge in pre-and post-natal fitness and physiology honed by personal experience, above and beyond my training and certifications.

In college and then professionally for a couple of years, I raced in triathlons-including Iron Man distances.  I now run a local race occasionally, but my focus recently has been running on my own and weight training.  I absolutely love being in the great outdoors and hiking when I can.

Specialty:

My specialty is training functional fitness, lifestyle training and weight loss. I provide athletic training especially for swimmers, runners, and triathletes. Additionally I specialize in pre- and post-natal fitness training.
