Celebrating Lafayette’s commitment to its long-term forestry program, an annual Arbor Day volunteer event is held every April. As a member of Tree City USA, Lafayette is dedicated to fostering resident support for the program while fostering a positive public image surrounding its many efforts to plant new trees while maintaining existing trees on public land.
